Elev8 was started in 2015 with the mission of providing timely and affordable mechanical design, equipment design, and digital manufacturing capabilities to our clients. ENGINEERING SERVICES
REVERSE ENGINEERING
It's possible that you want to reverse engineer an existing component in order to reproduce some portion of the design or manufacture obsolete spare parts. Chances are, unless you have a dedicated development team with sophisticated equipment, your company might lack the ability to quickly and accurately reproduce the component. Elev8 can quickly provide digital data from existing parts by utilizing traditional measuring methods or 3D scanning. Our staff uses state of the art metrology grade equipment and processes to produce accurate part reproductions.
Our 3D scanning and printing services provide our clients with a single source for their design and prototyping needs. With the flexibility to generate designs from existing CAD data, physical components, or combinations of both, our team can supplement your internal efforts to complete your project.

Our 3D printing and prototyping services allow us to extend our digital design efforts into the physical world. With a fleet of 3D printers and in-stock engineering materials, elev8 can provide you with functional prototypes in record time. Combined with traditional manufacturing methods, we’ve provided solutions that are well outside the “build volume”. Send us your own geometry or have our team generate it for you.
Not all needs are purely functional. Elev8 has produced full-scale and scaled models of equipment for mockup and trade show purposes. We may be able to help you locate the missing pieces to your puzzle.
